We are in the process of creating new interview questions and have come up with some great ones. I might share them with you in a couple days; but I’m wondering what one question you would ask a candidate for a teaching position if you could only ask one.
Also, one for a site supervisor and one for an assistant teacher.
Keep in mind that these people are all at different levels in their development in this field so the questions should be appropriate for that thought…I’m interested to see what you all come up with.
